Accessibility

statement.

Last updated September 18, 2026. We’re always working to make our website, studio and services easier to use for everyone.

01

Our commitment

We believe everyone deserves access to good mental health care. We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we design our studio and sessions with accessibility in mind.

02

Our website

• Clear, readable typography and strong colour contrast.

• Descriptive text for meaningful images.

• Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and larger screens, and support browser zoom.

• Navigation that works with a keyboard and common screen readers.

We regularly review our website and fix issues as we find them.

03

Our studio

• Step-free entrance at street level.

• An accessible restroom and a gender-neutral bathroom.

• Quiet waiting area with a range of seating.

If you have specific access needs, let us know before your visit and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

04

Online sessions

Online sessions run in your web browser with no downloads required, so you can use the assistive technology you’re already comfortable with. We’re happy to help you test your setup before your first session.

05

Adjustments we can make

• Longer or shorter sessions, or breaks during a session.

• Written summaries or follow-up notes.

• Support arranging interpreters or a support person.

• Scheduling at quieter times of day.

Just ask — there’s no need to explain why.

06

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps and videos, may not be fully accessible. If you have trouble accessing anything, contact us and we’ll provide the information another way.

07

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback. If you experience any barriers, email hello@yourpractice.com or call (555) 010-0000, and we’ll aim to respond within two business days.
