Early sessions usually include time together and sometimes a brief individual conversation with each partner, so your therapist can understand each perspective fully.

Understanding your pattern

Rather than deciding who’s right, we look at the cycle you get caught in together — and what each of you is really reaching for underneath it. That shared understanding is often where change begins.

Practising new ways to connect

Between sessions you may try small experiments at home, like new ways to repair after conflict. We’ll reflect on what worked and what didn’t, without judgement.

Questions

Good

to

know.

Still wondering about something? Ask us anything during your free consultation.

What if my partner isn’t sure about therapy?

That’s very common. A free consultation is a low-pressure way for both of you to ask questions before committing.

Will the therapist take sides?

No. Your therapist’s role is to support the relationship and help both partners feel heard.

Can we do sessions online?

Yes — couples can join from the same room or from different locations.
