Individual therapy
Individual therapy gives you a steady, confidential space to understand what you’re carrying and to build new ways of moving through it. Together with your therapist, you’ll set goals that matter to you and work at a pace that feels manageable.

In person & online
Your first session is mostly about getting to know you — what’s brought you here, what you’d like to change and what support has or hasn’t helped before. There’s no pressure to share everything at once.
Building a plan together
Over the first few sessions, you and your therapist will shape a plan around your goals. Some people want practical strategies for right now; others want space to explore longer-standing patterns. Most people find it’s a mix of both.
Checking in along the way
We’ll regularly check in on how therapy is feeling for you and adjust as needed. You’re always welcome to ask questions, slow down or change direction.

How long will I need therapy?
It varies. Some people come for 8–12 focused sessions; others find value in longer-term support. We’ll review progress together regularly.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. We’ll suggest a match based on what you share, and you’re always welcome to request someone different.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes, with a few legal exceptions related to safety that your therapist will explain clearly in your first session.
